New online presence for Wales' premier ITSP.

Brief

RPS Telecom is Wales' premier ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) and was in need of a brand new web presence, as the existing website had become tired and unengaging with text heavy pages and an unappealing blocky layout.

The aim was to create a fresh, modern website that helped to position them as an industry leader, but was also a reflection of their company ethos, emphasising their close-knit team and the quality of the solutions they provide.

Design & Development

When designing the website, layout and user experience were a key focus. The RPS team disliked the blocky layout of the previous site so it was crucial that the redesigned website had a more engaging and user-friendly feel. To achieve this, we utilised white space throughout with clearly laid out elements and well-structured pages.

With an emphasis on showcasing their case studies, we laid out various case study carousels throughout, as well as a dedicated case study page with a simple industry filter.

Other key features were the case study listing, blog, missed call calculator and a customer questionnaire.
